The American Dragon Martial Arts Academy has been devoted to provide best class physical and character training since opening our doors in Windsor back in 2005. In a friendly, family type atmosphere, our students learn the beauty of the Tae Kwon Do style while learning the basics of respect and discipline. We pride ourselves in fostering a service oriented attitude while increasing our self defense skills and physical fitness level in a friendly and fun environment. Our school is proud to focus on personalized attention. Our SMALL class groups allow for more interaction between students and instructors which is not possible on classes with many students. Our staff includes instructors with more than 25 years teaching experience in Martial arts. These two characteristics (personal attention + teaching experience) provides for a Quality instruction in a safer and overall better experience to our students. We accept student applications from ages 5 to adult. Please see our contacts page and call or email for an appointment. Our school is open from Monday to Friday, 4:30 to 8:30 PM. Saturdays 12 noon to 2:00 PM
