Both Mrs. Oviedo and Ms. Oviedo (nick-named `Oviedo Jr.') have taught Tae Kwon Do for several years now making our team very cohesive and ready to provide our students a unique learning experience.

Mr. Paul Hogfeldt holds additionally a Personal Fitness Trainer certificate from ACE (American Council on Exercise) since 2008 with special interests in Nutrition and Exercise.

Master Paul Speck

Black Belt - Seventh (7) Dan Tae Kwon Do / Fifth (5) Dan HapKiDo / Third (3) Dan Judo

Master Paul Speck began studying martial arts in 1974 and has been teaching in the northern Colorado area for over 20 Years.
