Tae Kwon Do
-
This is the core of our instruction. Taught with traditional Korean
style, utilizing Forms, Self defense, Step Defense, Sparring and Board
breaks. Based on 10 belt ranks of different colors from White to Black.
Forms follow the traditional style of the ITF (International Tae Kwon Do
Federation). This curriculum is complemented by basic First Aid instruction
and an emphasis in Family and community service.

Dragon's Lair - An extension to our basic curriculum, the Dragon's Lair offers special
classes on traditional weapons (Sai, Nunchaku, Bo Staff, Tonfa, etc.).
Members of the Dragon's lair have access to unlimited classes a week on any
discipline offered.

HapKiDo- The perfect complement to TaeKwonDo. HapKiDo is a truly defensive art,
where you learn to use the energy of your attacker in your own defense. For
